I wanted a bit more fun from my focus 1.6 tdci titanium x commute car so searched various forums looking for a bit more oomph. The obvious way forward was a remap and Celtic tuning clearly got the most positive press.
Hi, my focus CC3 2.0 Tdci, Went to start car tonight at work so could put roof down, (really nice and sunny), had message on dash stating Engine Malfunction, but no other lights showing up, turn engine off and went back to work, came out 20mins later and started the car, engine ran very well but massage reappeared Engine Malfunction.

Ford Focus 1.6 TDCI 2009. intermitent loss of power last year no warning lights on the dash but car did sometimes completely lose the turbo/ go limp home mode, pulling over and restarting the engine would fix it for a bit. Took it to local indie garage who plugged the car in which indicated EGR fault.
