MK11 is really designed with the controller in mind and it's almost like they force you to use it. But tbh, I think on PC the most efficient and the easiest way is to use the keyboard - you get all of the precision and speed of a d-pad and you can also do piano-ing like on a fight stick.

Yes! Although it’s mainly keyboard, the mouse lags behind when you try to navigate menus with it. Easier to scroll menus with the arrow keys.
